RC's PC's was started in 2008 by Robert Chapman, a high school student, from Lewisville, NC. He started RC's with one goal in mind: offering clients high quality web design at an affordable price. In 2009, Robert brought on a good friend named Harrison Touby. Since then, the two have been offering the triad the best website designs and prices available.
